This complete LED kit includes everything you need to replace all the incandescent bulbs in the Bally/Williams cult classic, Cirqus Voltaire. The base version uses non-ghosting bulbs (to prevent flickering in the inserts), and we have color-matched all the inserts by hand. I challenge you to summon my ringmaster razz!
